highway to the brain
The eye

Sight has many angles of enlightening a person. Have you looked on a page in newspaper, or in a book or on the computer screen and not actually seen what you need to see?  You might be looking for the response to a question, but can not see the answer on the page even though it is there.  How does a person learn to see more clearly or more quickly?  The brain definitely has a role in this.  Our emotions have a role in this.  Our senses and connection to the world have something to do with this.  Our sight depends on our connections and understanding how the connections work.

Personally, I will say that I will look at a computer screen, after reading direction of what to do and still I don’t see what I need to see.  My sight is hindered by not understanding the messages and not deciphering what is needed to understand. When a person comes to my assistance and points out what I should be looking at, I finally see what was already there.  My brain just could not decipher the same information by itself, without the help of a physical person.  I could see the general page, but not the details specifically.

How does a person learn to see better and more clearly?  I just listened to a webinar on how to improve eye sight, and maybe the answer lies within what I heard.  When we use muscles, they get strengthened.  A person who was legally blind, told his story of how he learned to see.  He used muscles that needed stimulating by stretching them.  He would tighten and loosen the muscles around the eyes.  He would stimulate the eye area.  He would change from light to dark.  Gradually, he started to see some light and continued to practice.  I learned it is important to look at things far (focus) and to look at things near(focus)  Go back and forth.  Also, it is important to look at all details.  Can you look at a plant and count all the leaves, edges or ridges and report the colors and length and angles at which the leaves are attached?  I have not so far in my life.  I hope to do so soon and I challenge you to do so to.

Do you believe your eye sight could improve?  I do.  I just don’t believe our eye doctors know how to help get eyes to improve.  I know the glasses have helped me throughout the years, but I never heard an eye doctor tell me to practice eye exercises so my eye muscles get stronger or more adaptable to change.  Now that I am older, I hear this and I plan to practice moving my eye muscles to improve my sight.  I wonder if there is an eye doctor that would change my eye prescription more frequently so the eyes can keep improving bit by bit.

Two books that were suggested on the webinar I listened to are:   “Focal Scurvy” by Dr. Levy  and  “Vision for Life” by Meir Schneider.  Both give information on how to improve eyesight.

Steps I learned today are:  Exercise for better blood circulation, Move, stretch eye muscles, practice looking at things both far and near, look at detail, reduce stress, eat unprocessed foods, consciously focus and relax.

Now there are other ways to see other than with our physical eyes.  We can also see with our innate mind, in our mind’s eye, with our heart that feels emotions or energies, with our fingers that tactily feel for things.  We can see with understanding a concept.  We can connect with another person and see what they mean.  Here is a challenge for whoever reads this blog:  Practice seeing with your physical eyes as well as your other senses.  Also, see if you really understand what people say to you.  Seeing has lots of angles.  Can you also see in your life what needs to be noticed?  A doctor suggested we become near sighted when we don’t want to face changes about the future, and people can become far sighted when they don’t want to deal with pains of the past.  Maybe that which you stuffed into your body somewhere is waiting for you to see it and be recognized.  Maybe if we recognize our emotions, our current situations and be present to any moment, then maybe our sight will automatically or over time, jmprove.

For the work that I do and invite you to participate in, sight through the eyes, through the mind, in the imagination, and into unknown territory for many, can strengthen a person’s vision in more than one way.  The person may be able to see how their own innate wisdom is able to see and know more when we trust it.  The person may be able to embrace connection and balance in a way they have not yet experienced.  The person may be able to trust their own body to birth, not allowing fears of the culture to get in the way.  The person may be able to find grounding in the frequencies of the earth or the frequencies of the body that can heal.  The person may even be able to see new colors or auras around or up the tree trunks.

Recall or learn of ways I love to be invited to work with you.  I have studied midwifery, breech birth, doula work, music, frequencies, balance with numbers, microcurrent, Emotion Code,  Body Talk, gardening and herbs.  I have lots of interests that seem to interconnect.  I have some certificates and degrees, but most of all love to see how non-invasive tools of the earth can bring us into balance and good health with understanding, curiosity and time.  I fully embrace God, creator and the beauty of the universe.  I believe all these entities are connected and working together.  I believe we humans would benefit if we worked with the beauty of creation.  May all interested be filled with awe as we awaken to all it has to offer us.  In Touch and In Tune would love to be part of your journey.  Do inquire if you feel so inspired.
